Hello, the room that I am sublisting is a sinlge room with share bathroom with a UCR male student.
the apartment itself has 3 rooms, which are 1master bedroom that 2 ucr girls share with their own bathroom.
1 single room with a ucr male lives in.
and the other room, which i am sublisting. The room is self has a big closet with 2 window doors, and a window.
the apartment comes with basic cable and internet/ wireless capability.
The rent is 345 and all other utilities such as gas and electricity comes about 25 dollars a month. The apartment is on Iowa Avenue, which is about a 10 min walk to UCR. Nice quiet place..
