the 4th tenant. Husband and Wife (Owners) will be moving out in mid/late 2008.
Rental Period can be 6 months to 12 months
at a time. Can be ongoing. There will be a written agreement/contract.
RULES:
Absolutely NO -> Pets, Drug Use, Smoking.
Must have your own cellphone. Lan-Line can be added if desired. But that will
be paid by tenant. Currently no Lan-Lines.
We may ask for a background check.
