This is a GORGEOUS place with pool, volleyball courts, and 3 smart, friendly, and courteous roommate with all sophomores at Mizzou. It is $425/mo all utilities included. There are 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a kitchen with bar, and everything has already been fully furnished by the roommates so you would just need to bring furniture for the bedroom.You should be friendly ,gentle and easy to pay .
