The rent is either weekly or monthly.
You can enter your lease either way, whichever is preferred by you.
Once decided, you’ll either pay 1 week rent plus 2 weeks deposit or the 1 month rent along with 1 month security deposit, to move in. Utilities are included!! (Gas, Electric, Basic Cable and Internet- No telephone)
If you have a car there is safe parking on the street outside your window 24/7. (no alternate side parking rules-no tickets).
Walking distance fto the F train- 179th Street. There is also bus service on the corner, including Express Buses to the city.
Grocery store is halfway between the house and train station but there are many others that can be reached.
Laundromat less than 2 blocks away, cleaners is near the Grocery store, etc.
