Additional Note:
Looking for a roommate from the end of October through early February. I am asking $300 total for a completely furnished bedroom and private bathroom, negotiable.
The bedroom has a queensize bed, dresser, closet, and tv with cable.
The living room is very cozy with a fireplace. The kitchen is great for having guests over. There is also a very large fenced in back yard, and washer and dryer availble for use.
The neighborhood is close to public transportation, as well as grocery stores, shopping malls, fast food.
Who will you be living with? A responsible 20-something year old. I work full time for the Air Force, and I have college classes, etc. three nights out of the week, not to mention soon to start scuba classes on Saturday and Sunday afternoons, so there is a lot of time you will have the whole house to yourself. For that reason, I need someone who is also responsible and trustworthy! There is also a pomeranian, a few cats, and a lot of fish that live under this roof. So any potential roommate must be able to tolerate small animals.
