Plenty of space for a private bedroom and study/work room. Pay the price of one room and you get two rooms.

-campus grocery store 1 min walking for emergency needs of supplies (it is expensive, but as I say it is for emergency)

-10 min to Meriden Mall
-1 min walk to an wesleyan open to public tennis court
Environment:
-queer friendly environment (this include the liberal neighbors, Wesleyan students)
-if you like a hiking, Wadsworth Fall State Park is just nearby

-This is actually a 5-bedroom apartment, but we are only intending to house 3 people. So it will give us lot of privacy, personal space and tranquility.
