Lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath home located in off-the-beaten-track area of the city yet conveniently located to major streets, highways, I-40, dining, shopping, parks (one with community swimming pool), public library, WFU, Baptist, Forsyth Medical Center, doctors, FTCC, etc. Wooded and shady lot with stream and woods and gazebo for association across the street. Screened-in back porch with ceiling fan and BBQ grill. Front porch spans width of the house. Hardwoods and working wood-burning fireplace in living room. Washer/dryer available. Fully equipped kitchen. Tons of closet space. Extra storage in both garage/basement and attic. We are a married couple in our 40's with no children at home who are quiet and tend to work a lot of hours so no clubbers or late night partiers are our forte. However, we do know how to have fun within limits. We have the utmost respect for others' property and privacy and expect the same. Cleanliness is a must. We do have a cat. No smoking inside the home ever but is allowed outside. Also, tenant would have access to back/front yards and would not be responsible for yard maintenance. Also, located to public transportation. Couples and singles are welcome.
