Additional Note:
I will discount my rent fee if you are looking for just a place to rest your head (i.e., flight attendant, working out of town, etc.) If you're looking for a room and private bath to rent in a clean, quiet and safe location, this might be for you. Looking for someone that is mature, honest, responsible, clean and more on the quiet side. I have a few small birds that I keep in clean cages, and so someone with cats would not be a good idea. The house is completely furnished including the room for rent with brand new queen bed, night table, TV and stand. New large capacity washer and dryer, energy efficient appliances, and berber carpet throughout. Screened porch, alarm system, irrigation system with lawn maintenance and pest control provided. References required.
