Additional Note:
We need a roommate to fill one, big bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment right off of Main Street. The apartment is nice and big, high ceilings, 2 floors, 2 full bathrooms, nice kitchen with dishwasher/garbage disposal and our own private washer and dryer. There is off-street parking with regular snow removal in the winter. We have two cats, and if you have one that's fine. No dogs, please.
Rent includes all utilities.
The two present tenants are both females, but have no preference as to the gender of the roommate.
