My roommate and I have a house with room for more roommates. We both work for the owner of the house, so this house will not become some run down party house.
It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, 2 dining area, 2 living areas, 1 kitchen, basement with washer and dryer and a fenced yard.
We are busy professionals looking for friendly, quiet individuals (although the room upstairs is big enough for a couple)
2 rooms are available immediately. The one on the main floor is standard size. The one upstairs is huge, 9 ½ feet by 20 feet (or really close) and very private. The neighborhood is close to 2 buses, the freeway and walking distance to East Port Plaza and is quiet and peaceful.
I have a cat. She is friendly, declawed and mellow.
