we are couple have been living within a sweet ,furnished townhouse just near the campus of The University of North Carolina (UNC)[Chelsea Theater Timberlyne Shopping Center Chapel Hill, NC ].We're very near Borders, in walking distance from two excellent shopping plazas, two theaters (Chelsea and Timberlyne), on a free bus line to UNC. Swimming Pool, Tennis, lots of walking room.
We are looking for another couple or student to share our large spare room with own private bathroom.Utilities will run you 77 dollars minimum, which is 1/3rd of electric, cable and high speed internet. If you want more on your cable (like DVR, HBO or another pay channel), it will be a little more.many more facilities...
