Additional Note:

The house has plenty of space and has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms so having your own private bath will not be a problem. It's located in the Mirror Lake subdivision of Villa Rica and sits on the 5th hole of the golf course AND has a pretty good view of the lake. Also, available for use in the community are two swimming pools, a tennis court, a basketball court, and a pedestrian/bike path. I am asking for $400 for rent and a percentage of utilities (which should be no more than $100 but likely to be less).
