Room:
SUNNY, SPACIOUS (16x18) ROOM in 2 BR/1BTH/KTCH in Private House.
This available room is nice, bright, and private (quiet), and has hardwood floors, unconventional and interesting ceilings, with plenty of broad open sky to enjoy out your windows as apartment is on third floor, and room faces south (great sunset skies). I like the room more than mine, especially because of the light...I'm just not up for moving. Oh, and there's a bed, couch and computer desk to either use and/or buy (or not).
Kitchen & Eating Area:
A Cozy, cool place to bump into each other, hang out and share some time, coffee/tea, thoughts. Again, interesting ceilings, with comfy bar stools and plenty of counter space to eat (or to chop your broccoli, or whatever it is you like). I’m in catering (sales/customer service), but enjoy now and then--if you’re up for it--tossing up a dish or two. I’m not a chef (I’m in the sales/customer service end of catering…and more of a customer service v. sales guy…a true caterer…which is why I need an apartment mate so badly). But, hey, life’s good.
At any rate, I’ve been told I’m a pretty good cook, and I do enjoy it…nothing fancy, usually a quick stir fry, pasta, or some experimental dish...as long as it’s got garlic. If you don’t like garlic, you may as well skip over this opportunity…we won’t get along (I’ve also been told that I’m funny...by people who enjoy/love garlic. The ones who don’t...well, I think they just don’t understand...they just say I ramble on about food). Thanks, Craig, for not charging per word.
