Three women looking for one more woman to share in a great apartment in Brighton, near Brighton Center. The apartment is in a 2-family house with the landlord living on the first floor and this apartment on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The apartment has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, an eat-in kitchen, livingroom and diningroom - plenty of space! (We never feel like we're on top of each other or in each other's way.) There is storage in the attic and laundry in the basement ($1.00 to wash and $1.00 to dry). There is a backyard with a patio and a lawn that we share with the landlord. It is in a quiet neighborhood made up of mostly families and young professionals.There is plenty of on-street parking (no sticker needed). We are a 10 minute walk to the B-line (Warren Street stop), and a 5 minute walk to the 57, 501, 86, 64 and 65 bus routes. There is a Stop & Shop, a number of restaurants, bars, pharmacies, salons, 3 Dunkin' Donuts and a hospital all within 1/2 a mile of the house (LOTS in the area). Rent is $600 per month and utilities cost about $125 per month (which covers cable/internet/phone, gas for cooking, electric and oil for heat); hot water is included. First month's rent and security is needed to move in. The three women that live there are working professionals in their mid-twenties. Looking for people who are clean, neat, considerate, friendly and relatively quiet (no wild parties in the house). Sorry - no smokers and no pets. The move-in date is flexible, perhaps the first of July, August or September.
