BARGAIN RENT! I need to sublease a room at Revellie Ranch for the months of June – August. I have a room available in Bryan with a monthly rent of $300.00 for the months of June and July. I had to go to Washington for the summer, I need to sublease the rest of the summer. You can add to the lease also. The place is wonderful! You can get into any room in the apartment complex. The private room and bath is fabulous! Also, the rooms come fully furnished. In the bedroom you have a queen bed, nightstands, desk, large closet. and a giant window. The living room comes with a couch, chairs, entertainment center with 36 inch TV, and a dining table and chairs. The kitchen also has a dishwasher and washer /dryer in the apartment! The complex offers a swimming pool, carwash, ceiling fans, gated entry, sand volleyball courts and basketball courts, weight room , pool tables, computer lab, study rooms and inhouse dvd rental! Also is a screened in patio with table, chairs and ceiling fan! Every Thursday there is a pool party (Free meal!) Internet ,cable and water are included!! Revellie Ranch is a great place to live , I really liked when I was there I just have a summer job that takes me away from Texas.
