The room is a very large room and there is a bed and dresser and everything you need in it already there is furniture available in the home already. The Room has its own bathroom and also the downstairs has a half bath for general home use. I have my own bath as well. The cost above includes nation wide long distance unlimited within the united states, puerto rico, canada, Guam and the Virgin islands, Enhanced Cable with 1 DVR for the home, High speed internet Network system, Heat, garbage, water and sewer are also included. There is a large yard with yard furniture and there is a river that runs behind it. Woman with child is ok I have a child of 5 years old. If you smoke it must be done outside and I dont care if you drink but it must be mostly done out of home unless you are just hanging out watching tv with a beer or something small but no heavy drinkers please.
