Here's the floor layout: The house is 3 floors, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. the upstairs has two bedrooms and one bath, the first floor has a living room with 4 sofas & a big screen projection TV. The kitchen has big table that seats 6. The other bedroom and bathroom are also on this floor. The basement has storage and laundry.
Rent is $450 and utilities (gas, electric, and internet) are about $50 per person per month. There is a security deposit of $450.
We are pretty laid back around here, it's me and another guy Tom, he's 25 and he's cool. No major drama, just keep things clean and pay bills on time.
We are near Rooselvelt and Meyers, which is close to OakBrook and Yorktown malls, expressways, and College of DuPage.
