Additional Note:
I am renting a master bedroom in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment. It's available from end of march/beginning of april till the end of august. Rent is $525. I share this unit with a very nice 3rd year student, female. The complex is about 10 minutes away from UCD, it's gated. It has a great gym, spa, pool, and pool table. I have a huge closet and restroom off of my bedroom.
