Just near the Ponte Vedra Beach and fairway park .All you really need is whatever you would like in your room. we can split the utilities. They are actually very inexpensive and I don't have to pay water. We have awesome condo services that include, rides to the beach, heated pools, pool side servers, fire wood delivery, and the list goes on forever.
