I'm in a sweet 40 year old safe quiet neighborhood on a dead end street about 1 mile from Dodgertown. I am looking for a Spring Training enthusiast who doesn't want to pay hotel rates, who wants to make himself/herself at home in my home with my 2 cats and chihuahua and his/her pet(although I do not have a fenced-in yard).
You'd have full use of common areas of the house, including washer and dryer, dishwasher, frig, yard, etc. I am sorry but I do not have a swimming pool! (but see below). If you want cable tv, I DO have cable tv hookups but I do not subscribe, so you'd have to pay for that. If you do not have a car I have a nice bike you can use as tranportation but I'd need a deposit on that.
I'm just off 43rd Ave and 16th St, probably 5 minutes from Dodgertown parking lot, close to Mall and Publix, literally a 6 minute drive to South Beach where there is always plenty of parking. A community center is just around the corner where there is an outdoor swimming pool. I'll post photos soon.
