***I am a young professional and easy to get along as long as you are obey the rental rules. The main rules are that smoking is not allowed nowhere in the house. No pets are allowed.
I have a huge finished walkout basement in my townhouse for rent. The house is in the Oxford Valley mall area. You'll have your own refrigerator and your own bathroom. Dishwasher, washer and dryer are available at no extra cost. The rent either is $450 a month plus half of the utilities or $550 or includes gas/electric and water.
