Looking for a mature, clean female to share a 2 bedroom apt. You'll get the master bedroom. The room has a lot of closet space and its own sink/vanity. Shared bathroom and kitchen. You'll be living with a female UCD senior, biology major.

Room is located at Cambridge House apartments. 619 Pole Line Road. It is within biking distance to UCD, downtown, Safeway and post office.

Deposit and rent through January have already been paid. After that rent is $540 + 1/2 PG&E (usually around $25 per person). Free DSL Internet and Comcast Cable TV. so your only bills are rent and electricity.
