Additional Note:
The room is kind of small but you can fit a queen size bed and dresser in there. There is a small closet and a window. The room is $300 month plus about another $150 or so for electric, cable tv, cable internet, and home phone. The bathroom is shared. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment.
Advantage:We have a bus stop about half a block away at most where you can catch the 21,22,54,55 to downtown. There is shopping close by and food. We have a 7-11, kfc, and taco time right across the street. The free way is a 3 minute drive away. Alki beach is about a 10-15 minute drive down the road.
The envirment here is pretty laid back, easy going, and most times a fun place to be at. We have a ps2 and a xbox, tv in living room, cable internet, digital cable, and home phone. There is some furniture in the house but not much.
About Us:
All start by telling you a little bit about the people in the house. There are 3 people living here Carla, Ricky and Rob. Carla and Ricky are engaged and Rob is single. Ages are Rob 21, Ricky 20, and Carla 23. Ricky and Rob both work Carla is unemployed. We like to cook, play video games, read, sit in the living room and shot the breeze, play around online, watch tv and I guess do a lot of other normal stuff. Not really sure what to put so if there is something else you want to know just ask.
** Oh yeah we all drink and smoke but smoking is done outside.
