Apartment is located in a nice community in Point Loma. Neighbors are very friendly. Swimming pool, BBQ's and laundry room on premises. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Downtown, Ocean Beach and PB are only minutes away and a very cheap taxi ride! Also close to the 5 and the 8 freeways.
Utilities: SDG&E is about $15.00 per person
Cable/Internet is at least $30.00 per person depending on the package we select.
*water & garbage are included in the rent
There is also a $250 deposit upon move-in.
Current roommate is a 24yr old female who works at an outpatient clinic as an xray tech 8-5 m-f. I like to come home and relax after work with a glass of wine with dinner. I am pretty laid back and have a good attitude towards life and people.
Looking for a responsible, respectful, laid-back, female roommate to sublet a large two bedroom apartment with 10 more months on the lease. Available January 1st. Must keep common areas clean and tidy as well as pay the monthly bills on time. Bedroom: new ceiling fan w/ light, new mirrored closet doors, new horizontal blinds, freshly painted and there is a cable hook up in the room. There's also storage space in the hallway, if needed.
Bathroom(s): are uniquely designed in an "L" shape...where each roommate has their own sink and toilet and the shower
