I am moving for the winter quarter and need someone to take over my lease until September 1, 2007. If you can't stay until then you can sublet it to anyone like I am doing right now.
The place is a two bedroom two bathroom condo, located only minutes away from Cal Poly.
The condo has a washer and dryer within it, so you don't have to deal with the Laundromat.
There are currently three other roommates currently living here, one male and two females. You will be sharing room and bathroom with male. All three are responsible and respectful roommates.
