The room I have for rent is on the first floor of one of the three story apartments in University Suites in Greenville, NC. Included on the first floor is the kitchen, a small common room, one bedroom, and a bathroom inside the bedroom. I am currently living in Wilmington, NC, but am tied to the lease in University Suites until the end of July 2007, and am preferably looking for someone to sub-lease the apartment until that point. The current rent rate is $340 plus utilities. My friend who is currently living there will be moving out sometime at the end of December, so the available move in date could be a little before January 1st, but rent wont be charged for any days in December.
