Hi, we are two female graduate students at CSUEB. We are looking for 1 person for the third bedroom and one person for the living room. Shared bathroom in both cases.
The apartment is very clean and hygienic, spacious, well ventilated, wireless compatible has great cellular phone reception and has car-parking facility (might cost extra).
We are looking for people who are very clean and hygienic and are in the habit of paying bills on time. Also, since we are graduate students, we prefer someone who is quiet.
