Master Room available in nice, neat, newly remodled condo in central scottsdale. Condo is located accross the street from McCormick Ranch Golf Course in a private, gated community (scottsdale rd. near hayden). Unit is furnished and everything is basically brand new...kitchen, living room, etc, however the room for rent is not furnished, but possibly could be depending on your needs. Master room includes master bath, large closet and storage, and private entry onto porch. Covered parking spot for the unit is available too. Condo complex has workout/weight room, pools, spas, etc. lots of nice amenities and easy access to the 101, old town, north scottsdale, etc. Sorry no photos just yet, but soon....but this is a great space and location. Looking for responsible, stable, easy going roomate...no drugs, or bill/credit issues. Would prefer female roomate but guys are fine too. Rent is 650 plus share of utilities and whatever extras you would want such as cable, internet, etc. or $730 for everything. Lease terms are flexible, but owner would like to have year lease. About me, i'm 30, a professional (athlete) from minnesota. Have lived in the valley for four years now. Have also been fortunate enough to have traveled alot in US and overseas.
