I am looking for someone to sublease my apartment in Vermillion, SD. I need to move out ASAP. The apartment is a 2 bed 1 bath, although only one bedroom (the larger one)would be available. Amenities include a garage, dishwasher, central air, and a washer/dryer in the apartment. The rent would be $325/month and the security deposit is negotiable. The last months rent is already paid for so you wouldn't have to cover that.. There will be one roommate remaining and he is a 21 year old male. He's really easygoing. Let me know what you think
