Additional Note:

I am looking for a roommate that is laidback and quiet with a stable job that can split rent and utilities 50/50. I am usually pretty quiet and easy to get along with. I do have 2 basset hounds so the person I rent the room to must be comfortable with having dogs around. I am not interested in a roommate that is a pot head, drug addict, or alcoholic. You must be able to pass the background and credit check through the apartment office.
