Hey, my roommate is moving out! We're in Tigard, very near Beaverton, only 20 min. from downtown. The pub.transp. is great here. 250/mo +electric, that's it. It's cheap! You'll have a big room, the apt. has a suana, indoor pool, and laundry rooms upstairs.public transport is available from here.
