I have a 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath house in Billings. I am renting out 3 bedrooms and all utilities are included. One room has a walk-in closet and private bathroom which will rent for $410 per month. The house is in a nice area and you will have use of the common area, kitchen and washer/dryer. Each room has cable TV and high speed internet. Also there is a phone with free long distance calling anywhere in the U.S. and Alaska. Street parking is offered for this price but if you prefer parking in the garage the cost is an additional $50/mo.

I am looking for people who are easy going and that will take care of the place. If you are an outside smoker that is fine but no inside smoking. We are easy to get along with and I am looking for the same. I don't want it to be a party house
