We have 2 rooms for rent in our brand new 2400 sq. ft. home. Both are upstairs on the north side of the home.
One room will be available at the end of August, includes cable and wireless internet. The room is carpeted and has a ceiling fan. It rents for $450 + $50 for utilities.
The other room is available now. Rent is $500 + $50 for utilities, includes the same features, is bigger and has a walk-in closet.
Our home has an open floor plan, so is very roomy and comfortable. We have plush living furniture that ALL recline and are converting the garage into a game area. So a potential roommate would have to be okay with guests over for an occasional game of darts or poker...even better, he/she would join us =D And the basics...We are both nursing students, have a son, also prefer no additional pets (we have 2 cats), no smoking, no drugs, and someone who picks up after him/herself.
