Additional Note:

I have a room at Partner's Place on Morreene Rd in Durham available for move in asap. The rent is $525/month and that doesn't include electric and cable/internet, those are about $50 more each month. The complex is new and very nice and you'd have a private bedroom and bathroom. The other two occupants, both female, are seniors at Duke University.
