Just a few minutes WALK from South Park Mall, Library, Food Lion, Ukrops, Peebles, and other shopping possibilities and yet nestled quietly in Dunlop Farms, A Covenant Restricted Community. BEAUTIFUL neighborhood, quiet neighbors, beautiful yards and a lively, happy atmosphere. Almost sound proof home, little sound goes in, little sound goes out. Perfect for those occasional times at home, alone, listening to your fav tracks or for that theatre quality sound system movie experience right in our living room.
We are a couple, Joe and Jen, and we live in this three bedroom, two bath home alone aside from our puppy Clover. Clover is under strict training and will soon be quite the frisbie dog. We will not allow any more pets for her sake, and the sake of our worldly possessions. However, should you have a caged or aquarium pet, this we can easily overlook.
Joe has two daughters who visit every other weekend, have their own bedroom, and are very well behaved. Our house is normally quiet, as are we, but we are young enough to accept a good time, if not make one ourselves.
Our ages range from late twenties to (for poor, old, Joe's sake) very early thirties.
It should be expressed that we are a devoted couple, and strictly monogamous. Any attempt to toy with the relationship will not be tolerated by me or Joe.
Our ideal roommate is female. This is for the safety and protection of Joe's daughters. We have had male roommates in the past, and for comfort reasons this was preferred. We enjoyed the minimal drama as we are both very laid back individuals.
But one side of the male equation has left us roommate less. Again... for the protection of Joe's daughters. This should easily be understood.
To continue with our ideal roommate, where as Female has been mentioned, references are appreciated. We would like someone who has shown, in the past, good money habits where as it pertains to bill payment. Please use business references as opposed to personal references.
Race, age, religion simply doesn't matter to us. We, ourselves, are diverse in nature. Personality differences are an enjoyable part of life. Our friends range from Goth, punk, nerd, prep, socialite, rednecks, suburbanite and we fit into every one of these categories. Individuals are welcomed with open arms.
