The complex IS Gated and you can ONLY get in with a card key or calling from the gate.
Occupant will have kitchen and bathroom privileges, as well as some other house privileges in the common living areas. All occupants will be expected to participate in maintaining a VERY clean household.
Must be Kid friendly, Pet friendly, HAVE A JOB, Non-smoker, NON drinker, NON drug user. Overnight guests negotiable.
I can show it now but it has childrens furniture in it until June 2nd and then it would be clean by the 3rd or 4th.
Rent includes ulitites (gas & electric - Central H & A), Digital cable (possibly able to be ran to bedroom), Possible internet connection, and some toiletries.
Apartment has washer & dryer IN unit.
There is a FULL bathroom upstairs AND downstairs. The upstairs bathroom (larger of the 2) can be pretty much YOURS (may be used for kids to go potty if other one in use).
I have 2 teenage daughters and an 8 yr old daughter here on weekends.
