I am a single professional 51 yr old very easy going, down to earth female looking to rent an 11x12 room in my 2400 sq ft home. I do not party, smoke or drink and lead a very quiet life. I am looking for someone that is clean, quiet, reliable and has excellent references and does not have any pets. Race, sex, religion, etc. do not matter to me. Just looking for someone that is respectful and responsible. My home is located in a wonderful subdivision called Summerfield with many amentites, such as: golf, 2 community pools, tennis courts, basketball & volleyball courts, excercise rooms and more and you will have access to all of them. I am located 4 miles from I-75 and 2-3 miles from US-Hwy 301. I am near the intersection of Big Bend Rd and US Hwy 301 (where they recently opened the Publix shopping plaza and the corner that all the banks are on). I am in the southern part of Riverview. I live in a beautiful 3 bed 2.5 bath home with a bonus room I use as an office, a family room, living room and a huge screened in lanai that overlooks water. I take great pride in my home. You will have your space and privacy and feel very welcome living here. The rent is $500 a month and includes a shared bathroom, use of a washer and dryer and use of the kitchen as well as the lanai and all of the downstairs. Utilities are $50 per month which include your share of cable, electric and water/sewer. You will also have your own full size refrigerator. All bedrooms are upstairs.
