I am a 24 year old international african student, in a two bedroom apartement and one bath. It is in a a nice building ,close to a shopping center, public transportation just in front,pool during summer, gym and tennis court, picnic area for potential barbecue, nice and safe neighborhood, mostly quiet but some few times you can hear if the neighbor shouts too loud. I am looking for a friendly and fun roommate who realy likes people and kid because i have a one year old son . I wish to get someone who is reasonably clean and financially responsible.
