I want someone who's responsible, kind, quite, respectful, who will respect his/her lease term, pay his/her rent on time. No smoking or drinking allow in the house. The house is located in forestville md. Metro near by, walking distance to the metro, bus stop in front of the house, shopping mall close. Nice and quite neighborhood. Anybody who's interested feel free to reply to me anytime. Again the room is for one person only, cause it's a small bedroom, all utilities includes plus a 1 year lease thanks.
