Additional Note:
I have a nice little townhouse and a brother who has is moving out on the first, so I'm looking for somebody who doesn't mind living in Canton as quickly as possible. We're very close to Roswell/Alpharetta and Kennesaw/Marietta and we're directly off of 575, so there is easy access even to downtown.
I do have a dog, but he is about the most sedate animal I've ever met. I've never heard him bark myself.
I smoke, but outside. I drink, but I don't party at home. My only request is that there not be strange people over all the time at strange hours, but even I can be relaxed about rules.
The townhouse has a garage and driveway. The subdivision was built only a couple/few years ago and you can tell in the quality. I have only heard our neighbors probably once in the past year and I can't hear the TV from my bedroom (next to the living room) if a fan is running on low in my room. In the upstairs room, you can't hear it at all -- the walls are very thick.
