3 Student/working professionals (mid-20's) looking for housemate.
Sublet terms is from June to end of August, but move-in date can be as early as mid-May if desired (No extra charge in rent). Rent includes heat and hot water. One month rent deposit required.
Large apartment includes living room, kitchen (dishwasher and disposal), and two bathrooms. Laundry unit is one minute away. Room for rent is not furnished, but am willing to sell furniture (computer desk & chair, minisofa, bed & stand, dresser - all in good condition) all for 50 bucks.
Apartment is close to Green line (Harvard Ave), near Super 88 and Shaws, and various other restaurants.
