West Side of Worcester - Share apartment - 2nd floor unit in 2 family home. $500/mo rent + 50/50 split of (house related and shared) utilities.
Myself: Professional, 24, stable employment, relatively quiet, non-smoker, tidy, but laid back. Very active in sports, hectic schedule, up by 6:30am, hitting the sack by 12/1 am.
You: 20-33, male or female, your personal life is none of my business provided I don't wake up to mystery guests in the morning, non-smoker, tidy, and willing to keep at least all common areas relatively clean.
The Apartment: 2 bed/1 bath, 2nd floor, your bedroom has a private entrance with a small deck (sorry, still no smoking) and a walk in closet. Entire unit in the area of 900 square feet. Parking is on street (plenty, both sides), and is on a nice neighborhood type street. Desirable West Side location, yet still a short distance from area colleges and hospitals.
The terms (per the landlord): Require credit check, first/last/security (I've taken care of my portion) equal to 3 months' rent ($1500.00) required if and when you "take" the apartment, one year lease, no smoking, no pets.
