it is a lovely four bedroom, 2 story home with a good sized backyard. the house is only 3-4 years old, and is in a safe neighborhood in santa rosa, CA. my close friend offered me a deal on this house, and to afford it, i have to find a roomate. i have a 12 year old daughter, and a 69 year old mother. they would also be occupying the house. i know my daughter would be ecstatic to live in such a beautiful house. this is such a lovely home!
