One room for rent located in a four bedroom house outside Worcester in North Grafton (by Tufts Vet School). Rent is $550.00 with heat, water, and garbage paid. Bills are generally about $45 a month, including cable(basic) and internet. The room is about 14' by 14' with a small but adequate closet, and there is basement storage. We have a washer and dryer in the house. The house is set off the road by about 75' and has a large fenced back yard. Although we can't have any more pets right now, the yard will be great for dogs next summer after we graduate. The house also has 2 bathrooms, a living and dining room and a nice back deck.
We are 2 veterinary students(girls) and a veterinary lab tech(guy). We also have 4 dogs ranging from a large Akita, a Boxer mix, a Bulldog mix, and a Golden Retriever mix, along with 3 ferrets and a African Tortoise (the basement resident). Dogs are friendly but energetic and require no extra care from any of the roomates. We are (also) friendly, sociable, but have busy lives, so we may not always be home. Looking for someone low-key, who communicates well, and who can operate a dishwasher.
The room is available now, and the arrangment is a year long lease. Move in requires first and last rent plus a $550 safety deposit. Landlord is nice guy--might be able to pay the deposit in installments.
