My roomie, Mel, and I are looking for a third amiga for our place. We are very committed Christian gals and enjoy baking amazing desserts. The room is a lovely shade of lavender (although you may paint it another color if you so desire). It's nice and spacious with a large window and plenty of sunlight peeping through. Diminsions are 12' x 12'. You will share the upstairs bathroom with Mel. The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is comfortable furnished. We also have a maid service come ever other week (included in rent). They scrub the bathrooms, do the floors, kitchen and change the beds. Rent is $625 + 1/3rd utilities.
