My Name is Kara. I just turned 23 a month ago and I am looking for a room in a house or apartment to lease for up to a year. I have two adorable kitties, Samantah and Fiona, who are quiet well trained and will never spray or claw at furnature. I am a full time student at sac city until the winter semester afterwards I transfer to UCD. Im laid back quiet and very clean. (I have to be I have cats!) Althought I am quiet and can keep to myself I am a social butterfly and love to have a good time.( I'm 23!)
I dont mind outdoor smoking as I am an outdoor smoker myself and I dont mind Uncle Herb one bit. I am a private person but I am very open. I am kinda looking to room with someone I can become friends with. I am friendly, reliable and a super hard worker althought at times I can be a Princess.(What girl isn't?) I love to laugh and crack jokes,watch scary movies,work out and dance dance dance. My Major is biology so Im am a bit of a nerd but im n ot a know it all. Right now I live in a 2 bdrm 1bath apt. My roommate skipped out on me in December cause she wanted to live for free with her boyfriend. I have maintained this apartment and the bills by myself and i think that shows strength of character and preserverence. It also shows I can be counted on.
I have my bedroom furnuture a cat tree and tons of clothes.(some of which I plan to donate) and I have my own car. I guess Im just looking for someone to move into a new apt or rent a room from...ummm....yeah....
