Additional Note:

Trouble free/considerate male student (Montgomery College) seeking a peaceful room within the Germantown/Rockville/Gaithersburg area. I have my own car.

Cannot be around smoke or cats. Do not want to be around illegal activities. Just would like a place where I can study, occassionally have a friend over (not to sleep over just to visit) and when I fall asleep at night roommates are considerate about noise. I also respect and expect respect regarding food in fridge/property.

Open to ideas... Have nothing against a family renting a room to me or you having pets other than cats.

I need a room ASAP, the fall semester at Montgomery College is about to begin.
