Well I am going to be very honest here, I am in serious need of a room to rent, the lady I am renting a room from now is moving as soon as her lease is up, which is July 31st. I moved to Riverside a little over a yr. ago. I am from Bakersfield, Ca. and to be honest I do not want to go back there. That is why I am looking for a roommate here. I am on social security disability I do hope that is not a problem. I also have one very nice, loving, fixed and declawed cat, she is considered a medical necessity for me. um if need be she can stay in my room at all times, just like it is at the place I am now staying. I am a very clean and responsible woman. I do smoke but only outside. I do not party but do have an occasional drink. I am not a drug user. And in closing I will say as you have read I am on disability so my rent must include the utilities. Hopefully there is someone out there willing to give a girl a break.
