Additional Note:
To clear things up about my preferences/ requirements, Utilities being included all depend on the price. If the price is low enough where I can afford utilities, then that's fine.
Also if utilities are included, the rent price can be over $300. Best bet is to contact me & run it by me & we can go from there. I do prefer my roommate to be over 23 if possible, or a mature individual. I'm laid back, pretty quiet, altho' I like to enjoy a movie in stereo once in a while. I'm not a partier & I don't drink. I'm just looking for a nice place to live w/ some1 trustworthy & honest!!! I'm very easy to get along with. I love animals, but if you don't have them, that's fine too!
