I'm 29, work 9-5 at NYU, socialize 3-4 nights a week, am clean and tidy. I love my two 8 yo tabby cats and chic bohemian home decor. I'd rather go to a coffee shop with my laptop than sit on the couch and watch TV. Besides- I own neither a TV, nor a couch.
Looking for: a roommate to be friendly with, not a friend to be roommates with; separate social lives that occassionally overlap, shared living space that barely overlaps.
